Misa Art – International Contemporary Artist | Metal Painter | Visionary Creator | Founder of Towers of Light

International artist Misa Art, originally from the Czech Republic, creates contemporary artwork that blends metal, aluminum painting, spiritual abstraction, and emotional color studies. Her artistic journey spans the Czech Republic, Chicago, New York City, Florida, and now Santa Barbara, California—each location shaping her evolving approach to light, energy, and the emotional psychology of color.

From wood to metal to abstract expression, Misa’s work is known for its flowing brushstrokes, multidimensional surfaces, and light-reactive textures. Her compositions weave together muted colors and intuitive emotion, transforming realism into a reflective, energetic, modern visual language. This approach has become her signature style—a fusion of contemporary art, spiritual art, celestial landscapes, and frequency-based expression.

Her art requires no translation. It crosses borders, cultures, and belief systems, speaking directly to the universal human experience of beauty, light, emotion, and transformation.

Artist's Statement:

Through my work, I bring visions, emotions, memories, dreams, and higher inspirations into form. I have always known I was born to create. I began painting at the age of four—my first painting was a portrait of the President of the Czech Republic. My kindergarten teacher immediately told my mother I should be trained as an artist.

Life took me through business school instead, but the call never left. In 2000, I came to the United States alone and opened my first art gallery in Chicago. From there, my work expanded to exhibitions across the country, including New York City, Florida, and California. I taught myself every technique I use—managing four art studios, three galleries, and one children’s charity (www.misaforlove.org).

Art is the way I breathe. It is the way I understand this world. Through creating, I invite people to feel deeply, to remember who they are, and to see life from new perspectives. I believe that beauty and light change us, align us, and awaken us.

A near-death experience (shared in my book Tower of Light) transformed my purpose and expanded my artistic path. It led me to the creation of Towers of Light, a visionary public installation merging art, science, sound, and human energy harmonization. This project is the culmination of everything I am—my art, my healing journey, my connection to light, and my mission to uplift humanity.

I was born—and reborn—to create. My dream is to continue building artworks that inspire, heal, and support children’s charities around the world. With all my love, light, and purpose—I am here to do exactly this.
